TRANSPARENCY & GOVERNANCE

Equiter SGR has a traditional governance structure. The Board of Directors defines the company’s strategic direction and oversees the management of all activities, ensuring compliance with the principles of good governance and applicable regulations. The Board of Directors is composed of five individuals, including an Independent Director, an Anti-Money Laundering Representative, and an ESG Representative. The Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of three individuals. A Supervisory Body (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001) composed of three individuals has also been established.
